Chemical Facility Security
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released its interim final rule (Title 6 CFR Part 27) that imposes comprehensive federal security regulations for high-risk chemical facilities.

The foundation of any good
Security & Risk Management program is a systematic
critical assessment of existing programs and assets. ABS Consulting provides
a complete assessment process that evaluates threat, consequence, and vulnerabilities
for assets, operations, and personnel.

Building on the Security & Risk Assessment, ABS
Consulting creates a custom framework for developing
security plans and procedures for protecting the company's
vital physical assets, operations, and personnel. The plan incorporates measures
within budgetary constraints that address access control, personnel and asset
safety, incident response procedures, and coordination with external resources.
