Extreme Loads Engineering provides a wide range of engineering

hazards evaluation and the response of buildings,
structures, and equipment to blast and impact load
conditions. Extreme Loads Engineering has extensive experience
in analyses and design for seismic loads, wind pressures
and windborne or blast generated debris/missile
impacts. Evaluations often involve both computer simulation
and physical modeling of nonlinear structural systems under
transient load conditions. Additional services include
laboratory and range testing, incident investigation, and
specialized software development.
Structural Risk Engineering develops and applies technology
to assist its clients in the assessment and management of
risks associated with natural hazards and operations of all
types of facilities. The group provides services that includes
seismic risk assessments, seismological criteria development,
structural integrity analysis and evaluation, geologic and
seismological site investigations, structural retrofit and
renovation design, performance-based structural design, structural
failure investigations, plan checks, and peer reviews. Structural
